Notes can provide instructions, process steps, a description of the content, or any information you want to convey to the user. 
 
To add notes to your customized RFP Response Outline:   

1. In the Raw Tab, enter the text you want in the Notes column  

2. These notes do not appear in any outputs/generated documents
