Frequently Asked Questions
What makes RFP Response Builder so easy to use?
RFP Response Builder is built directly into Microsoft Word and Excel - tools that you use every day. We focused on making the tool fast and easy to use so that user adoption is quick and painless. Adding, editing, and managing content is straightforward, so there isn't a complex new software solution that everyone must learn.
How does RFP Response Builder save time and valuable resources?
RFP Response Builder allows users to add content directly into Word or Excel documents from your Builder Library. You can also build a stand-alone RFP response using the outline features and bring content in from your library, local drive and/or shared file locations.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
Near the end of your free trial period, you'll receive an email asking for you to securely provide us with your credit card information.
What features does the free trial include?
There are no missing features in the free trial. The free trial includes the same features as the Business Plan license. Integration services are not included in the Business Plan or the free trial.
Will I be charged more if I create more templates?
We don't charge per template or proposal. Create as many as your heart desires.
Do you offer any discounts?
We do offer volume discounts over 20 licenses. Contact our support team for more information at support@corspro.com.
How long are your contracts?
We don't have long-term commitments. Cancel your subscription with a 30-day notice.
How do I pay for the software?
After the free trial period ends, you'll pay by credit card.
How much control do I have over my designs?
That's the whole point of RFP Response Builder. You have 100% control over the flow, content, and design of your response, proposals, and templates.
Is your RFP Response Builder an online tool?
The Dashboard is cloud-based, but RFP Response Builder is also installed locally, with the desktop syncing with the our cloud (hosted by Amazon Web Services). This means that content updated on one machine is quickly pushed to the cloud, then down to the other user machines, usually within seconds. And, since content is stored locally, you can access that content offline!
