You can delete Opportunities from the Dashboard.  Please note that deleting an Opportunity is final and cannot be undone.  Deleting an Opportunity removes the financial data from your forecast (if applicable) and eliminates the Opportunity and all related Quotes from your view.  The physical files will still remain in your shared file storage location (network drive or SharePoint).  

1. Click the row for the Opportunity you want to delete 
   • TIP: You can use your Ctrl key to select more than one Opportunity 

2. Go to Actions at the top of the window 

3. Choose Delete Opportunity(s) 

When you delete opportunities, all associated quote and document records in the Dashboard will be deleted as well, although the underlying document files will not be deleted.
