You can delete Quotes from the Dashboard.  Deleting a Quote removes the financial data from your forecast (if applicable) and eliminates the Quote and all related documents from your view (it does not remove the Opportunity with which it was associated).  The physical files will still remain in your shared file storage location (network drive or SharePoint).
 

1. Check the box next to the quote(s) you want to delete 

2. Go to Actions at the top of the window 

3. Choose Delete Quote(s) 

When you delete quotes, all associated document records in the Dashboard will be deleted as well, although the underlying document files will not be deleted.
