The Content Library content synchronizes automatically with the cloud and to other users in your company.  If you are adding/editing content, the synchronization occurs every few seconds.  If you are viewing and inserting content, synchronization occurs every 15 minutes or so.  If you wish to synchronize immediately, click the menu icon at the top of the Content Library Panel and select Sync content via cloud.
