- Open filename outputs.xlsx in your c:\PQuote\Data folder
- Copy the “Generate RFP response” row to another row
- Modify the data in the following columns…
- Update the Menu/Button Caption column to the name of the output as you wish it to appear on the Outputs menu (in our example, “Generate proposal”)
- Update the Output Info column to the File Type that you wish to associate with the output (in our example, “Proposal”; see the File Types help section for further details)
- Update the Output Parameter column with the name of the named range in Excel (“DocContentProposal” in our example)
