Add/Edit/Delete Users (Dashboard)

Add a User

Follow the steps below to add a new user:

  1. Log into the Dashboard
    1. If you have forgotten your credentials, click "Forgot Password" under the login fields.
  2. In Admin (1 in graphic below) >> Users (2 in graphic below) go to the Actions menu (3 in graphic below) and choose Add User 
    • Admin can be found in the drop-down by your profile name in the top right of the display.
    • Users can be found on the Left panel
    • Actions Menu is below your profile name
  1. Complete the information in the pop-up window including First Name, Last Name, and Email.
    • You need to also add his/her Builder Role (see Builder Roles
    • You do not have to add the Company Role (see more about Company Roles).
    • If the user will have an administrative role (i.e., the ability to access the Admin functions in the Dashboard), check the Cloud Admin box 
  1. Click the Save button
  2. Users will automatically be assigned a temporary password
  1. The Dashboard will automatically generate an email from support@corspro.com that includes the user’s login name and password as well as links to download the software.
  2.  Remind the user that they will need to register their license after installing the software.  Users will need to go to Add-Ins >> Settings >> Register as RFP Response Builder user.
 
**Reminder: let your users know they will need to register as a user at the Desktop via Settings >> Register as RFP Response Builder user.**

Please contact support@corspro.com to change your subscription licenses. License counts are not changed automatically through adding/deleting users in the Dashboard.   Free-Trial customer do not need to take this step.

Delete a User

To permanently delete a user from having access to RFP Response Builder (desktop and Dashboard):

  1. In Admin (1 in graphic) >> Users (2 in graphic) check the box(es) next to the user(s) you wish to delete 
  1. In the Actions (3 in graphic) menu, choose Delete User 

Change User Email

  1. In Admin (1 in graphic) >> Users (2 in graphic) click on the row for the user info you want to change 
  1. Edit the information as needed in the pop-up window
