Maintaining Library Content (Word)

Admins can manage aging content by sliding the horizontal scrollbar within the Content Library panel (in Word) to the right to reveal the “Updated” column that contains the date when the content was last updated.  Click the top of the column to sort the content in date ascending order to review aged content. 

RFP Response Builder’s Review function further enhances maintainability.  Users or Contributors can submit review requests – including comments regarding the review request – if they find content that needs to be updated.  In addition, content that is added or edited by Contributors is automatically submitted for review by an Admin.
