You can also use RFP Response Builder to build and output proposals, statements of work (SOWs), contracts and all kinds of other documents.  To do so…
 

1. Open a new Quote File in the Excel Tool 

2. Complete the customer information on the Base Info tab  

3. Save the Quote File, at which point you’ll be prompted to associate the Quote File with a new or existing RFP opportunity 

4. Go to the RFP Outline tab and choose a Doc Template to set the formatting and styles for the document  

5. Add content to the Outline including shredded doc sections, Content Library content, bullets, paragraphs, etc. (see the Add Content to the Outline section for more information) 

6. Generate the document (Outputs >> Generate document from outline)
