You can change the Opportunity with which a Quote is associated by taking the following steps:

1. Check the box out to the left of the Quote(s) you want to reassign 

2. Go to Actions and choose Reassign Quote 

3. Browse for the Opportunity you want to assign the Quote to 

4. Click Reassign
